WEICHAI New Energy Commercial Vehicle Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of WEICHAI Group. WEICHAI NECV was unveiled on NOV 25 2005, and is a fully comprehensive corporation including an R&D Center Intelligence Manufacturing, Sales and Service of commercial vehicles. Its business scope covers vehicle sales, leasing, freight source services, used-vehicle and remanufacturing. It owns the high-end vehicle and ecological innovation brand of LANDKING. Its products include medium-truck, light-truck, small-truck and mini-truck, and it also deploys new energy commercial vehicle products such as hybrid, pure-electric and hydrogen-fuel ones, being committed to providing users with one-stop intelligent transportation-capacity solutions.

WEICHAI NECV had created 3 intelligent factories in Laiyang, Penglai, and Weihai, and one advanced Innovation Center located at Qingdao. Total investment of WEICHAI NECV is over 20 billion RMB, it covers an area of 1,649 mu and has a total construction area of 410,000 square meters. It has also established three R & D centers, namely the Tokyo Innovation Center in Japan, the Shanghai R & D Center and the WEICHAI Powertrain Research Center, and is committed to building a national-level light commercial vehicle industrial cluster in the Jiaodong Peninsula.
