Securing Over €11.7 Billion in Orders! Weichai's Intelligent Logistics Targets New Growth Track for Profitability in 2026

Facing complex challenges such as global geopolitical conflicts, inflationary divergence, and supply chain volatility, Weichai's Germany-based KION Group has consolidated its performance foundation with intelligent logistics. With short-term efficiency optimization implemented and clear long-term profitability growth, the group precisely counters cyclical fluctuations with strong orders and solid cash flow, demonstrating its resilience as a global intelligent logistics leader and accumulating ample momentum for future development.

In 2025, KION delivered robust results, with total group orders increasing to €11.705 billion, a year-over-year surge of 13.4%, far exceeding market expectations.

Supply Chain Solutions orders skyrocketed by 39.5% to €3.599 billion, driven by e-commerce demand;

Industrial Trucks & Services orders reached €8.147 billion, with new vehicle orders totaling 266,000 units, increasing by 4.9% and 8.6% year-over-year, respectively, reflecting continuously rising global market recognition.

Clear Signals of Profitability Recovery

Supply Chain Solutions generated revenue of €3.071 billion, up 4.4% year-over-year. Adjusted EBIT surged by 62.3%, and the profit margin increased to 6.0%, significantly enhancing the core business's profitability. In 2026, this business segment will be officially renamed "Intelligent Automation Solutions" to create end-to-end integrated services that align with logistics demands in the AI era.

Solidifying the Foundation for Long-Term Development

Deepening strategic partnerships, including collaboration with Accenture, to develop physical AI industrial vehicle solutions and digital twin technology, solidifying its leading position in intelligent logistics technology. Deploying AI predictive models and generative AI to drive business transformation and address supply chain challenges through intelligent technology. Meanwhile, KION has deepened its commitment to ESG sustainable development, achieving the highest EcoVadis rating and being included in the Dow Jones Sustainability Europe Index with its highest historical score.

Notably, KION maintained strong free cash flow at €709.5 million. The outlook for 2026 is clear, with expected revenue of €11.4 billion to €12.3 billion and adjusted EBIT of €850 million to €1.04 billion. This represents significant year-over-year growth, officially entering a profitable growth trajectory and injecting robust momentum into Weichai's global footprint and intelligent logistics landscape.
