97% YoY Growth! Weichai's New Energy Power Business Surges Powerfully

Amid the dual trends of energy transition and manufacturing upgrades, Weichai Power adheres to a full-spectrum diversified power strategy of "traditional energy + clean energy + new energy." While consolidating its traditional business foundation, the company is accelerating breakthroughs in the new energy sector, continually enhancing its growth momentum.

In 2025, Weichai Power seized the opportunity presented by the rapid growth of the domestic new energy commercial vehicle market. The revenue of its new energy power business reached RMB 3.04 billion, achieving a substantial 97% year-on-year increase—nearly doubling—and becoming a new growth engine for the enterprise.

Successfully developed a 600 kWh chassis-mounted battery for heavy-duty trucks, capable of operating in low-temperature conditions down to -20°C;

Introduced a 140 kWh fast-charging battery for light-duty trucks, saving over 100 hours of charging time annually;

Developed range extenders and multi-scenario dedicated battery packs for a full range of 90-180 ton mining trucks;

The new-generation motor controller enables comprehensive pairing with range-extending and driving motors, meeting the requirements of all vehicle models.

Currently, Weichai Power's production and sales scale and delivery capacity of new energy power battery products have achieved a quantum leap, fully entering the stage of large-scale commercialization. Looking ahead, the company will continue to increase R&D investment and expand diversified power application scenarios, maintaining strong momentum for high-quality transformation!
