From July 8 to 10, Ye Jianjun, deputy secretary of the Party Committee, director and chairman of the trade union of Shandong Heavy Industry Group, visited the affiliated enterprises in Jinan and Weifang to investigate the operation of enterprises, safety production, talent cultivation and other situations, visited and consoled the employees fighting on the front line under high temperature, and presented them with heat-relief supplies.

On July 8, at the production line of Jinan Axle Company of Sinotruk Group, Ye Jianjun expressed his sincere gratitude to everyone for their hard work in the hot weather. He stressed that with the firm belief of "one family, one heart, working together, we will surely succeed" and the pioneering attitude of "never slackening, always at the forefront, always striving for the first place", we should accelerate and intensify efforts to tackle the second half of the year and contribute solid strength to the group's successful completion of the annual target tasks. On July 10th, at the South District logistics Center and the main engine warehouse of Weichai Intelligent Logistics Center, Ye Jianjun inspected the working environment and health conditions of the employees on the spot and inquired in detail about the implementation of the enterprise's heatstroke prevention and cooling measures. He said that Party committees and trade unions at all levels should earnestly assume their responsibilities, do a good job in service and guarantee work, do their best to solve problems for front-line employees, create a good working atmosphere, and enable all employees to be fully engaged in work and contribute to the continuous high-quality development of the group.

At the assembly line of Weichai Lovol Wheel Machinery Factory, Ye Jianjun carefully inspected the facilities for heatstroke prevention and cooling in the workshop and the operation status of the production equipment, listened attentively to the current production and sales situation of the products, and had a cordial exchange with the employees. He stressed that all units must always put the health and safety of their employees first, do a solid and meticulous job in heatstroke prevention and cooling, and scientifically and reasonably arrange working hours to ensure that production safety in high-temperature weather is flawless.
