Weichai's new second-generation mining power products were showcased in a concentrated manner, highlighting Weichai's profound accumulation and forward-looking layout in the field of construction machinery power. This marks that Weichai has broken the international monopoly on key core technologies of large-scale mining equipment and pressed the "acceleration button" on the process of industry autonomy and control. ReshapING the new benchmark of China's mining power

At the event site, Weichai's second-generation mining power was officially launched. The M series of large-bore mining products suitable for mining and rigid mining trucks, as well as the H/T series of products for mining and wide-body vehicles, brought a technological feast to the attending guests and the mining industry.

The M series of large-bore mining products released this time include three major platforms: M25, M33, and M55, covering 10 series. The displacement ranges from 19.6L to 87.5L, and the power ranges from 522kW to 2800kW. It is compatible with mainstream large-scale mining equipment such as 55-ton to 400-ton rigid mining trucks, 90-ton to 400-ton mining excavators, and 600-horsepower to 1000-horsepower mining bulldozers. The products of the three major platforms have competitive advantages such as the ability to adapt to a 5,000-meter plateau, a 5% reduction in comprehensive fuel consumption compared to competitors, a 20,000-hour major maintenance cycle, and adaptability to multiple fuels. At present, it has been equipped with over 1,700 operational vehicles, with a batch operation time exceeding 24,000 hours.

The H/T series has launched three products represented by WP14T, WP15H and WP17T, meeting the matching demands of wide-body dump trucks ranging from 95 tons to 160 tons and excavators ranging from 60 tons to 100 tons. The product adopts "alien technologies" such as high-efficiency combustion technology, high-efficiency turbocharger matching technology, and friction loss reduction technology, and its comprehensive fuel consumption is more than 10% lower than that of competing products. It adopts proprietary special high-temperature resistant materials in the cylinder, dust-resistant special design and high-rigidity structural component design, which ensures high reliability and can easily meet the high-load operation requirements of the equipment. The generalization rate of peripheral and maintenance components of the H/T series products is 100%, with sufficient spare parts and convenient replacement.

On the spot, Weichai simultaneously released the WP17T methanol, WP16NG, WP14T and other range-extended dedicated engines. These products are solutions proposed by Weichai for smart green mines, integrating Weichai's advanced diesel engine technology and efficient electric drive technology. The three core components of the main body enhance efficiency and reduce fuel consumption. At the same time, it demonstrates strong fuel flexibility and economy, meeting the demands of different application scenarios and promoting the green transformation of mine power.
