Shandong Heavy Industry Group and China Logistics Group Sign Strategic Cooperation Agreement
2025.04.16On April 15, Shandong Heavy Industry Group and China Logistics Group signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Jinan. Liu Jingzhen, Party Secretary and Chairman of China Logistics, and Man Shengang, Party Secretary and Chairman of Shandong Heavy Industry, held a meeting and jointly witnessed the signing ceremony. Liang Weihua, Member of the Party Committee and Vice General Manager of China Logistics, and Wang Zhijian, Deputy Party Secretary and General Manager of Shandong Heavy Industry, also attended the event. The agreement was signed by Li Xiangyang, Member of the Party Committee and Vice General Manager of China Logistics, and Ma Changhai, Party Committee Member and Vice General Manager of Shandong Heavy Industry, on behalf of both parties. According to the agreement, the two sides will deepen strategic cooperation in areas such as logistics equipment, logistics services, logistics infrastructure, and the digital and intelligent transformation of logistics, working together toward becoming world-class enterprises.
Liu Jingzhen introduced the core businesses and strategic plans of China Logistics. He noted that Shandong Heavy Industry, as an internationally renowned equipment manufacturing group, holds leading positions in commercial vehicles, industrial forklifts, power generation equipment, and automated warehousing systems. China Logistics remains committed to its mission as a national logistics backbone, serving national strategies and reducing logistics costs. He expressed the hope that, building upon the strong foundation of cooperation, both parties will further deepen collaboration—particularly in supply chain integration services, logistics equipment, and intelligent warehousing—and expand the breadth and depth of business synergy. The aim is to realize resource sharing and complementary advantages, enhance logistics resource allocation efficiency, and jointly create a model for the integrated development of modern logistics and advanced manufacturing.
Man Shengang warmly welcomed the delegation from China Logistics. He noted that despite increasing global complexities this year, Shandong Heavy Industry has continued to demonstrate strong and improving growth momentum. He highlighted that China Logistics is committed to becoming a globally competitive, world-class comprehensive modern logistics enterprise, while Shandong Heavy Industry is focused on building a world-class multinational high-end equipment manufacturing group. The two companies are highly complementary in industry layout, have a strong foundation for cooperation, and vast potential for future collaboration. He expressed the hope that this strategic partnership would serve as a new starting point for deepened cooperation and mutual empowerment at a higher level and across broader domains, working together to develop integrated smart logistics solutions and one-stop service scenarios that lead the industry.
