High-end Marine equipment manufacturing center

The project is a key equipment manufacturing project in Shandong Province and is committed to building a first-class high-end Marine equipment manufacturing base in China. In 2025, the steel and aluminum boat production plant and supporting facilities of the first phase of the land project have been basically completed, and the conditions for the boat construction project to be put into operation are officially met at the end of March. In terms of water area projects, the reconstruction of shoreline and the construction of ship lifting platform are in an orderly way, and it is expected that they will be completed and put into use before June this year. The second phase of the project will include the construction of domestic first-class ship design and development, construction and maintenance, display experience, emerging consumption and integration demonstration of the "five-in-one" comprehensive industrial base.

"Smart speed" longitudinal beam roll punching production line project

Sinotruk "Smart Speed" longitudinal beam roll punching production line project is the first single line in China with an annual output of 200,000 parts of the longitudinal beam production line. "Smart" represents the intelligent gene through the whole process of production and manufacturing, and "speed" represents a new breakthrough in production efficiency. At present, the production line has been fully put into operation, the efficient roll shape and punching process, the modularization and universality of heavy truck frame provides a strong guarantee, not only improves the production efficiency, but also greatly improves the product quality, and sets a new benchmark for heavy truck frame manufacturing.

Smart agriculture’s high-horsepower tractor factory

The project will build the first green smart factory in the domestic agricultural machinery industry, which can produce 100,000 high-end intelligent tractors with more than 100 horsepower a year after SOP. At present, the project is under intense construction and will soon be put into operation. The production line introduces international advanced production technology, selects mature and advanced technology and equipment. The machining automation rate is 93%, the welding automation rate is 72%, the painting automation rate is 95%, the assembly automation rate is leading in the industry, and automatic manufacturing, intelligent manufacturing and green manufacturing will be fully realized. The joint plant has planned 5G+ smart factory multi-scenario applications, and each information management system is seamlessly connected. After the completion of the factory, it will fill the gap in the domestic high-end intelligent agricultural machinery manufacturing field and provide strong momentum for the iterative upgrading process of China's agricultural equipment technology.

New energy power industry park

In Fushan District of Yantai City, 250 kilometers away from Weifang, the construction site of Weichai (Yantai) New energy and Power Industrial Park is in full swing. The first phase of the project will be put into operation by the end of March. The project will build a R & D and manufacturing base that runs through the whole industrial chain of power batteries, motors, electronic control and electric drive assembly for new energy commercial vehicles, with an annual production capacity of 50GWh battery PACK, 500,000 hairpin wire motors, 400,000 electronic control units and 50,000 electric drive assemblies.
