Man Shengang's Front-line Market Investigation in Saudi Arabia and Kuwait

On March 23, Man Shengang first came to Shantui's subsidiary in Saudi Arabia to inspect the equipment display area, after-sales service center and spare parts central warehouse, and visit front-line employees. Subsequently, Man Shengang presided over a special dispatching meeting on the Middle East market and listened to reports on the business development in the Middle East market of affiliated enterprises such as Weichai Group, Sinotruk, Shaanxi Automobile Heavy Truck, Shantui and Zhongtong Bus.
Man Shengang pointed out that the Middle East is a key region for high-quality joint construction of "the Belt and Road" Initiative, and it is also a crucial strategic market, growth market and high-end market for Shandong Heavy Industry Group's global development. In 2024, the Group will continue to optimize its market layout and build a brand matrix, with product export revenues in the Middle East doubling. Notably, Saudi Arabia has become the Group’s second-largest single country market for global exports. On the morning of February 24, Man Shengang attended the "Twenty Years of Cooperation · Breaking Through 10000 Vehicles—Ten Thousand-vehicle Strategic Partner Signing and Awarding Ceremony Between Zhongtong Bus and Abu Sarhad Group ", witnessed a new round of cooperation signing between the two sides, and awarded honorary medals to the customer. Abu Sarhad is one of the largest passenger transportation companies in Saudi Arabia. It has purchased more than 10,000 vehicles from Zhongtong Bus and is the largest customer of Zhongtong Bus in overseas markets. Over the past two decades, both parties have worked together to create a model for in-depth cooperation between Products Made in China and the Middle East market, which effectively promotes Zhongtong Bus to establish an industry-leading advantage in the Saudi Arabian market.
On the afternoon of February 24, Man Shengang visited SD Company, the largest dealer of Sinotruk in Saudi Arabia, for on-site investigation, and held a symposium with representatives of dealers and major customers to listen in detail to the opinions and suggestions of marketing channel and customer representatives from different industries. Dealers and major customers said that Sinotruk quickly led the Saudi Arabian market by relying on its deep understanding of the local market, excellent product performance and quality, fast-responding after-sales services and maximized life cycle value. Its market share is far ahead, and it has won high recognition from local customers with its hard core strength and brand reputation.
Later, Man Shengang attended the opening ceremony of the 4S store of Fayad Company, the largest dealer of Shaanxi Automobile Heavy Truck in Saudi Arabia. Man Shengang said in his speech that the grand opening of Fayad 4S store is a milestone event for the development of Shaanxi Automobile Heavy Truck in the Saudi Arabian market. The 4S store integrating sales, service and spare parts supply will provide customers with one-stop solutions and high-level service experience, aiming to effectively promote the sustainable growth of Shaanxi Automobile Heavy Truck. On the morning of February 24 and 25, Man Shengang met with Weichai's Saudi OEM Alakhorif Company, Shaanxi Automobile Heavy Truck's Saudi Arabia dealer Ramu Farah Company, Zhongtong Bus's Kuwaiti major customer OMAC, China National Heavy Duty Truck Group and Shantui's Kuwaiti dealer OGL Company successively to communicate and exchange views on further deepening cooperation.
