Competition of Talents: the First Weichai Global "Service Elite" Competition Concludes Successfully!

Recently, the First Weichai Global "Service Elite" Competition & the Sixth Weichai "Service Elite" Grand Final successfully concluded in Weifang. This competition brought together outstanding service personnel from Weichai's global service channel network, demonstrating the innovative spirit and international service level of Weichai's domestic and overseas service teams in the new era.

Centering on the best-selling Weichai high-horsepower diesel engine, natural gas engine, and other models as well as relevant cases, the competition was composed of corporate culture, engine assembly and adjustment, and electronic control post-treatment fault diagnosis, and other events. Through real vehicle simulation fault diagnosis, engine structure disassembling & assembling, and other competition links, service elites showed their skills, putting on a wonderful skills competition.

This competition lasted for two months and consisted of multiple nodes such as global screening, multiple group matches, and regional competitions. A large number of maintenance technicians actively participated in the competition, and there were a total of 200-plus domestic contestants and 20 overseas contestants shortlisted for the final to show their skills and compete on the same stage. In the end, 15 domestic service elites and 12 overseas service elites stood out and won the first prize in the final. Meanwhile, they learned through competition, improved capabilities through learning, and raised working efficiency with capabilities. Moreover, they sorted out nearly 1,000 fault cases, which further drove a significant improvement in Weichai's global service capabilities.
