The meeting officially launched the initiative to build the "Morality, Diligence, Integrity" clean culture within Weichai Group. Ma Changhai emphasized that the "Three Virtues" culture is essential for thoroughly learning and implementing the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, as well as the important remarks made by General Secretary Xi Jinping during his inspection of Shandong. It is a necessary step in advancing comprehensive and strict governance of the Party, deepening Party conduct, integrity building, and anti-corruption efforts, and is crucial for enhancing the company's level of clean governance. Party organizations at all levels and leaders must raise their political awareness, fully recognize the necessity, importance, and urgency of establishing the "Three Virtues" culture, and drive its construction with high standards, high quality, and high requirements. During the meeting, Yang Xuesen, Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of Weichai Group, conveyed the spirit of the mobilization and deployment meetings on building clean state-owned enterprises held in Shandong Province and by Shandong Heavy Industry Group. He also communicated the Weichai Group Party Committee's "Work Plan on Building the 'Morality, Diligence, Integrity' Clean Culture".
