Tan Xuguang: Sinotruk and ZF Cooperate to Achieve Win-win Results

In the afternoon of April 19, 2023, Sinotruk and ZF signed a new round of strategic cooperation framework agreement in Shanghai. Tan Xuguang, chairman of Sinotruk Group, attended the event and witnessed the signing. Peter Laier, Member of the Board of ZF Group and President of Commercial Vehicle Division, and Wang Zhijian, General Manager of Sinotruk Group, delivered speeches and signed the agreement on behalf of both parties.

Since the strategic cooperation between Sinotruk and ZF, the two sides have grown together through win-win cooperation and become strategic partners of vital importance and high mutual trust.

Sinotruk has made great strides in recent years to become a leading player in China's heavy-duty truck industry and a significant presence in the global heavy-duty truck market, says Peter Laier. Zf will continue to provide Sinotruk with the most advanced technologies, and continue to enhance both sides' competitive advantages and leading position in the global commercial vehicle industry.

Wang Zhijian said that in the future, the two sides will comprehensively expand deep synergetic innovation in new fields such as electric drive and intelligent driving, jointly meet the challenges of low-carbon and intelligent transformation, provide customers with world-class differentiated solutions, and continue to lead the development of the commercial vehicle industry.
