Tan Xuguang: We Should Become the Corporate Executive Who "Always Keeps Business in Mind"

　　On the morning of May 2, Tan Xuguang presided over a study (expanded) meeting of the theoretical study center group of the CPC Committee of Shandong Heavy Industry Group in Weifang, studying and implementing the 11th meeting of the Central Finance and Economics Committee on April 26, and the spirit of the thirty-eighth collective study meeting of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and the Political Bureau meeting of the CPC Central Committee on April 29. Management of the group and relevant management of affiliated company participated in the meeting online and offline.

　　The meeting invited famous economist and professor of Tsinghua University Li Daokui, executive director and chief analyst of the automotive industry of GF Securities Development Research Center Zhang Le, and vice president of Zhongtong Zhiyun Guolei, to interpret the report and share their experience.

　　Tan Xuguang said that we need to demonstrate resilience, anticipate opportunities, take initiative, and make strategies. We must also earnestly study the connotation, extensional changes, system logic, and development expectations of the meetings to diagnose and solve the problems in the companies and speed up transformation.

　　Tan Xuguang said that the management at all levels, especially the key minority of the team, must "keep the business in mind at all times", so as to complement each other and form great synergy.
