Ferretti S.A. Italy Holds Press Conference for Listing in Hong Kong

　　At 5:00 pm on March 21, 2022, the press conference for the listing of Ferretti S.A. in Hong Kong was held in Beijing, with the participation of more than 50 Chinese and foreign media, both online and offline. Tan Xuguang, Chairman of Italy Ferretti, and Ferretti CEO Galassi respectively delivered speeches and answered questions from the media.

　　Ferretti Group is one of the oldest Italian luxury yacht manufacturers in the world and a recognized leader in the global luxury yacht industry. In 2012, Weichai Group strategically reorganized Ferretti Group, which guided Ferretti into a new stage of healthy development. In order to accelerate capital securitization, Ferretti plans to be listed in Hong Kong on March 31.

　　Tan Xuguang said that after the listing of Ferretti, we will seize the global strategic opportunities, promote the internationalization strategy, and further enhance the company's leading position in the global market. The Asia-Pacific market, especially the Chinese market has huge development potential. We will fully cooperate with Weichai’s resources to contribute more value to China's marine strategy and consumption upgrade, achieve faster development, and accelerate the formation of new strategic growth points.
