　　Facing the severe epidemic, Tan Xuguang put forward five requirements to Weichai headquarters and various enterprises in Yangzhou:

　　First, the 4,000 employees of Weichai’s Yangzhou segment must resolutely implement the local government’s requirements for epidemic prevention and control;

　　Second, the management of Weichai Yangzhou enterprises must take the first responsibility for epidemic prevention and control, and make them the biggest political task at the moment.

　　Third, take strict precautions to ensure no epidemic outbreak in Weichai Yangzhou enterprises;

　　Fourth, Shandong Heavy Industry Group and Weichai Group must go all out to ensure the demand of enterprises in Yangzhou for epidemic prevention and control, and ensure that there is no problem in supply;

　　Fifth, implement the concept of “employee safety first”, innovate IT methods, and make every effort to guarantee the everyday life needs of employees quarantined at home during the epidemic, help employees in difficulties, and pass the care and warmth of the company to every employee.
