Mobilization Order | Chairman Tan Xuguang: With Epidemic Prevention and Control Measures Being Fully Taken, Produce at Full Capacity

　　At 10:00 a.m. on February 5, there was a meeting held in Weichai Group to encourage employees to restore production at full capacity. The instructions of CPC Central Committee, CPC Shandong Provincial Committee and the People's Government of Shandong Province to fully support, organize and promote all kinds of production enterprises to resume work and production with epidemic prevention and control measures fully taken were conveyed and full implementation was required in the meeting. At the meeting, Chairman Tan Xuguang issued a mobilization order to take the lead in resuming production at full capacity in the whole province.

　　Faced with the severe epidemic, Chairman Tan Xuguang put forward "four commitments":

　　Be firmly committed to implementing the regulations on the management of people from other regions;

　　Be firmly committed to abiding by the prescribed procedures to strictly implement prevention and control measures;

　　Be firmly committed to ensuring that no suspected cases occur in the work area;

　　Be firmly committed to carrying out strict check on people from other regions.

　　Chairman Tan Xuguang said that it was necessary to be meticulous, get rid of formalism and put the safety and health of employees first to perform well in epidemic prevention and control. Leaders and management should be in the vanguard of epidemic prevention and control and production resumption. With corresponding measures being strictly implemented, it was essential to achieve steady growth in production, take the lead in resuming production at full capacity, stimulate the economy of the whole province, and ensure that epidemic prevention and control and economic development advance shoulder to shoulder.

　　In January this year, Weichai Group produced and sold 90,000 units of engines, up 20% year-on-year, setting another record for the same period in its history and marking a good start in 2020.
