　　At 9:30 a.m. on January 28, Chairman Tan Xuguang hosted the second joint meeting of the Party committees of Shandong Heavy Industry Group, Weichai Group and CNHTC after the Spring Festival in CNHTC Jinan Commercial Vehicle in Zhangqiu to convey the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions to Party organizations at all levels and Party members and management to make it fully grasped, and to further study and deploy the prevention and control work against COVID-2019 in every subsidiary of the Group.

　　Chairman Tan Xuguang demanded that the spirit of important instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping that "let the Party flag fly high at the frontline of the battleground of epidemic prevention and control" should be resolutely implemented. Party organizations and Party members and management in all subsidiaries of the Group should fully play their role as fortresses and models. The leadership responsibility should be implemented, and Party members and leading management should work hard at the frontline and implement the 24-hour shift system to ensure there would be Party members in the frontline all the time. It was necessary to carry out scientific prevention and control, accurately implement targeted policies and strictly adhere to principles to ensure that all prevention and control measures are properly implemented without any details ignored.

　　Chairman Tan Xuguang said that all Party members and management in the Group must be in the vanguard at this critical moment and carry out all kinds of work in accordance with the deployment requirements of CPC Central Committee, the State Council, CPC Shandong Provincial Committee and the People's Government of Shandong Province, so as to win the tough battle against COVID-2019 with firm resolution.

　　At 10:00 a.m., Chairman Tan Xuguang came to CNHTC Jinan Commercial Vehicle Co., Ltd. in Zhangqiu, CNHTC Jinan Truck Co., Ltd. in Dangjiazhuang and other subsidiaries to check the measures against epidemic well implemented and production work well performed. He proposed that a solid defense line should be kept to ensure the Group's safe and sound operation.
