  • Cast iron engine block, grid structure, high strength integral forged steel crankshaft
  • All seawater pipes are made of cast copper or stainless steel, and seawater pumps are made of pure copper, which ensure stronger corrosion resistance
  • All cooling and lubrication systems are equipped with emergency interfaces
  • Replace the filter without stopping

  • The power coverage is wide, and the torque reserve exceeds 20%

Economical and fuel-efficient

  • According to different operation types, high and low speed diesel engine are developed. The fuel consumption rate of low speed diesel engine is lower at medium and low speeds, while that of high speed diesel engine is lower at medium and high speeds
  • Customized design for lower fuel consumption

Comfortable and environmentally friendly

  • Diesel engine noise value is not higher than 122dB(A), the vibration intensity level is not higher than 26.7, and vibration isolators are equipped to improve the comfort feeling of crew and passengers
  • Emission complies to IMO Tier II and EPA III

Strong practicability

  • The pre-supply oil pump has the functions of pre-supply of engine oil before starting and discharge of waste engine oil, which are convenient for replacing engine oil
  • Oil cooler and filter adopt modular design, which is featured by compact structure
  • The observation window is placed on the side of the engine block, which is convenient for maintenance; The whole engine is compact and has good appearance
