Recently, Songkhla, Pattani, Phatthalung and other places in southern Thailand were hit by heavy rainfall, triggering large-scale floods and causing heavy casualties and property losses. After the disaster, Weichai quickly launched emergency assistance. On December 2, Weichai Thailand Office donated food, drinking water and other urgently needed relief materials worth 40,000 baht to the Marine Department of Thailand, and promised to provide reliable rescue support for the affected people, letting "Weichai warmth" tide over the difficulties together with the Thai people.
 

Recently, the "Customer Care Journey" jointly launched by Weichai and Shaanxi Heavy Duty Automobile successfully concluded, bringing corporate social responsibility directly to the front line of service in Kazakhstan. During the event, the Weichai service team went deep into cities such as Almaty, Kyzylorda, and Aktobe, communicated face-to-face to understand the needs and difficulties of customers in actual operation, presented more than 3,000 maintenance filter elements to customers, and provided professional maintenance suggestions, practicing the corporate responsibility of "responsibility on shoulders, service in heart" with practical actions.
