Dear colleagues around the world:

Spring Festival has arrived right on time again. On behalf of the management team of Shandong Heavy Industry Group and Weichai Power, I would like to send my warmest Spring Festival greetings to the 150,000 employees and your families around the world! I also would like to express my sincerest wishes to the comrades who still stick to posts and strive at home and abroad! And I would like to express my most heartfelt thanks to all our partners and friends from all walks of life!

2023 is extremely extraordinary, extremely shining and extremely unforgettable. In this year, we kept the instructions in mind and focused on our main business, jointly creating new historical records in revenue, profits, and exports, and reconstructing a new development pattern of three pillars of domestic business, global exports, and overseas subsidiaries. This result of high-quality development is worthy of excitement and pride for everyone!

In this year, we traveled around the world and achieved fruitful results. From Central Asia, the Middle East, and then to Southeast Asia, three consecutive global strategic partner conferences shocked the world. A large number of overseas localized manufacturing projects accelerated the implementation of the "One Belt, One Road" initiative. Chinese high-end equipment brands have become famous all over the world! Domestic and overseas marketing colleagues stood at the forefront, achieving world-first and industry-first growth!

In this year, we stood up as the backbone of high-end equipment manufacturing. Focusing on high-end, intelligent, and green transformation, a number of landmark major projects were signed, started, and put into production. World-class industrial equipment industry clusters were promisingly taking off from Shandong!

In this year, all of our colleagues worked very hard, from the beginning of the year to the Spring Festival's Eve. Everyone is our hero. Your ordinary but great figures made 2023 infinitely exciting!

Every inch of time grows, every drop of sweat brings about a medal of sweat.

In 2024, our original aspiration will not change, and our goal will remain the same, which is to make the company develop better and better, global customers enjoy greater value, and all employees gain more happiness. I hope that we can work hand in hand to turn these goals into reality one by one, and use realistic actions and achievements to present a fabulous gift to the 75th anniversary of the founding of New China!
