Tan Xuguang Takes the Post of Party Secretary, Sino Heavy Truck Group Co., Ltd.

　　On September1, Sino Heavy Truck Group Co., Ltd held leader cadres’ conference, Wang Zhonglin, standing committee member of Shandong provincial party committee and secretary of Jinan municipal party committee, attended the conference and made an important speech. Li Gang, standing committee member of Jinan municipal party committee and minister of organization department, read the leader cadres’ adjustment decision for Sino Heavy Truck Group Co., Ltd: On August 31, through consideration of Jinan municipal party committee standing committee, Tan Xuguang will take the post of party secretary, board director, and chairman. Wan Bozhi will not retain the postion of chairman and board director, please handle relevant process according to legal procedure.

　　At 13:30 on September1, Sino Heavy Truck held management conference according to the decision made by the new team’s first party committee conference. 

　　Tan Xuguang, Secretary General and chairman, made a keynote speech, and proposed “six goals that must be realized” to the leader cadres of Sino Heavy Truck Group. 

　　Must realize China’s first and world leading strategic vision for a full range of commercial vehicles, and build China’s first commercial vehicle group in 3-5 years. 

　　Must realize global technology leadering, take control of high-end commercial vehicle competitiveness, and accelerate the development of new energy and intelligent network vehicles. 

　　Must realize in-depth marketization resolution, inject living water for development. 

　　Must realize open cooperation, going out to integrate global resources for our use, enhance competitiveness of international market. 

　　Realize high-level talents gathering, create result-oriented management system, cultivate the most competitive talent highland and ecology. 

　　Must realize highly-unified value, create a steel group and tiger-wolf team.
